“Custom Built” Granutech/Saturn Whole Tire Recycling System

Our company Unlimited Resources Corporation (URC) currently has for sale a complete “Custom Built” Granutech/Saturn “Whole Tire” Recycling System. This system offers one of the most exceptional buys in the Industry today. We have this system around 95% complete set up in our shop at this present time. This system would work ideally for processing whole passenger as well as whole semi-truck tires down to ¾” minus rubber mulch. And while doing this it will extract (liberate) around 85% of the steel out of the tire.

The model 72 X 44HT Shredder has been modified to have extremely more torque than the machine normally was shipped from the factory with. It will be set up as a split cutting chamber where the main part of the cutting chamber, the “primary”, will be furnished with 1.8” thick two hook knives while the “secondary” part of the cutting chamber will be furnished with 1.5” thick twelve hook knives. We will use this shredder in combination with a new custom built 5’ wide X 12’ long Rotary Disc Screen classifier to size the tires down to 2” nominal size before heading to a surge bin for storage and metering of the 2” nominal tires chips being feed into the model M-80 Grizzly.

The model M-80 Grizzly will then process these 2” nominal tire chips down to ¾” minus mulch at around 8,000-9,000 lbs. per hour. This machine has been completely refurbished with the rotor being removed from the machine and re-hard-faced, balanced and new bearings installed. Of course all new fly and bed knives were installed and the 300 H.P. electric motor was professionally rebuilt along with the Large Falk gear reducer. This machine is ready to rock & roll for many years to come.

Of course all the supporting equipment that it takes to create a system such as this is all part of this tremendous equipment package. In addition to this system we also have added a sizing and painting line so that you will be able to offer either a painted or non-painted mulch as an end product. This requires a considerable amount of additional equipment but creates tremendous opportunity for being able to market this material at a much greater selling price. And also if needed we would be able to furnish you with a retail/commercial 40 lb. bagging line to even give you more potential customers for your finished painted rubber mulch.
