Screening Equipment

This portable trommel screen has a 6’ x 21’ drum and is powered by a CARB permitted CAT diesel engine. It is a mid-sized trommel screen that was designed for quick set up and high throughput at about 220 tph per the manufacturer. It will work well for screening many products including top soil, mulch, and compost. This screen is in excellent condition with just under 3,000 hours of use and ready to go to work!

This portable screening plant is powered by an 85HP Deutz air cooled Diesel engine and only has 2500 hours of use on it. It is on tracks, it has a 7’ by 10’ deck crawler, and it comes with a remote. It was used to screen topsoil at a rate of about 400tph using a 2” screen. It has a 60” wide discharge belt with a discharge height of 11’. This screen will also work well for screening sand, gravel, coal, crushed stone, and more. It runs great and is ready to go to work!

This portable trommel screen is powered by a Deutz engine and only has 985 hours of use on it. The trommel is 8’ diameter by 30’ long and it has a screening area of 550 sq.ft. that will process up to about 600 tons per hour. This trommel was only used for screening compost and is in very good condition.

This 2 deck portable screener is powered by a 108HP CAT diesel engine. It has an adjustable angle screening box that is 16’ long by 5’ wide. The fingers shake the fines through and at the same time help to eliminate clogging and increase production. Fingerscreens work well for processing C&D debris, soil, landclearing, trash, scrap metal, and much more at a rate of about 125 cubic yrds. per hour. This machine is county owned and is ready to go to work.

A 4-Cylinder Perkins Diesel engine with 1463 hours powers this portable 3-product screen. Screenbox is 16′ x 5′ with heavy duty Cascade Grizzly fingers on the top deck and medium duty Cascade fingers on the bottom deck. Screenbox can be hydraulically elevated between 14-20 degrees and the angle of the Grizzly and Cascade fingers can be adjusted independently. The 2 end conveyors (fines and overs) are each 5′ wide and and 15’2″ long with a maximum stockpile height of 17’4″. This deck screen is in great shape. Material is fed in to a 15.5 cu. Yd. charging hopper and transported to the deck screen by a 48″ conveyor. This screen is powered by a 70 hp air-cooled Deutz Diesel engine. Screen box is 5′x12′ 2-deck with 5″ punch plates on top and 1″ on bottom. This CEC screener comes with options of a hydraulic grizzly dump and a brand new ball deck that is still in the package. This 2001 7′ x 25′ trommel screen is powered by new Deutz Diesel engine.  New engine has less than 150 hours and the frame has approximately 4500 hours.  It has new flash belts and brushes.  This Powerscreen 725 LL Trommel comes with 1/2 in. & 3/8 in. screens.  Has radial stacker fines conveyor.  This Powerscreen is in good condition.  The unit was built in 2001.

A 100 hp Mercedes Benz Diesel engine powers this 7′x20′ trommel screen. This screener has a low feed height hopper for easy material loading. This trommel screen has replaceable drum for quick change of product size. New owner gets choice of size from several standard screens and custom sized screens.  Preventative major service recently performed. This is a one-owner machine with 4740 hours and comes with complete service history file and operator manual.  The unit was built in 2005.
