Comments: This portable unit is a combination soil pulverizer, screener and blender. Infeed hopper is 12' x 5' x 2'. Pulverizer has dual rotor shredder chamber of which the lower hammermill spins at high speed and the upper rotor (star whell) rotates at slow speed. The hammers of the lower hammermill rotor pass between the spaces of the upper rotor stars. The lower rotor hammers hit the feed material and slam it against the upper rotor with such force that they pulverize, blast, shatter, shred, shear, tear, rip and otherwise destroy the feed material. Once material has passed through the pulverizer, it is carried by short conveyor to the 5' x 8' trommel with 3/4" screen. Unit works great for dirt, soil, compost, and even rock and wet material. There are only 48 hours on this machine and it is in excellent condition.
