Comments: A 4 cylinder Cummins Diesel engine powers this large stationary topsoil plant. Material is fed into the 6' diameter by 28' long trommel with interchangeable screens from a hopper conveyor. The topsoil sifts through the trommel to pile below. Rock and wood pieces are then dumped into a 6000-gallon bath used for water separation. Conveyor out of the back of the system then carries the rocks and conveyor at the front discharges the wood. This plant has been used for land reclamation, screening topsoil and compost and to clean up old mill sites. Owner states that this will process 500 cubic yards dirty material and 1000 cubic yards clean material.
